MY BELIEF

I believe our body is an amazing machine designed to heal itself given proper nutrition.

I believe nutrition comes in many forms- the food on our plate, relationships, physicality, career and spirituality. All are integral in nourishing our overall health and happiness.

I believe we are all bio-individuals with unique dietary and lifestyle needs.

MY STORY

I am a certified Health Coach, Whole30 Certified Coach, biohacker and dedicated student of meditation and yoga who resides in Chicago, IL. I am on a mission to help others awaken to the power of food and conscious living. I had my own ‘food awakening’ as a result of doing my first Whole30 in 2013. It gave me the confidence to begin experimenting in the kitchen, changed my relationship & habits with food, and helped me get into integrity with my own health. It sparked a voracious appetite into the world of nutrition, finding more balance and living intentionally.

I specializes in slowing aging and wellness transformations utilizing food and holistic approaches that inspire healthier living. I help my clients get to the root behavioral causes and co-create action plans that result in sustainable, healthy habits and measured results. I believe we are all unique individuals and what works for one person may not work for another. I celebrate the moments when my clients make the connection that food not only nourishes their body, but also their mind, emotions and overall well-being.
